BUSINESS FACILITIES:
The Villa reception office has Internet connection, ISDN lines, fax, scanner, laser printer etc. and can offer travel arrangements from and to airport and any secretarial services clients may need.

RENTAL RATE INCLUDES :
Water, gas, electricity, change of bed linen weekly, towels, tea towels, final cleaning

RENTAL RATE EXCLUDES:
Central heating - based on consumption (~ $ 2.50 per cu. mt), winter $ 60 / $ 90 per day

Telephone - based on usage 0.15 Euro per click

Refundable Security deposit - 800 Euro payable at the Villa by credit card or travel cheque

Check in: 4pm-7pm Check-out: 10am

Payment and Credit Card Options:

You can pay by:

1. Wire bank transfer
2. Master/Visa/AMEX/Diner's Club
3. Cheque (must clear at least 14 days before arrival at the Villa).

Booking
You must pay 30% of the Villa rental to secure your booking, balance must be paid 56 days before your start rental date.
